At an event you need a full record of what happened and photos you can post straight away. A beautiful set that misses the chief guest is no use to you.
We ask a few questions beforehand. Who has to be in the photos? Which moment matters most? Do the pictures need to go out that night or next week?
Stage lights, crowds and rooms that weren’t built for photography are normal for us, and some of our best frames come from them.
